Victoria Hamilton, Autoimmunity & Immune System Specialist, DipION, BSc, mBANT
Hi, my name is Victoria-Jain, and I am a registered Nutritional Therapist.
The Autoimmunity Nutritionist
Would you like to have more energy? Would you like a diet and lifestyle that prevents weight gain? Would you like to eat without lots of discomforts afterwards? Or are you looking to be free of your chronic symptoms? Then, I may be able to help!
After grappling with autoimmune conditions from 7 years old, I decided to take ownership of my health and found that nutrition and lifestyle therapy can have remarkable effects. As we have a family history of autoimmune disease, and my brother suffers from MS, I chose to study autoimmune disease as part of my BSc (Hons) degree.
Using both my scientific background and nutrition experience, I like to take a scientific and evidence-based approach to find the best solutions for my clients.
My clinic specialises in chronic skin issues as well as neurological autoimmune disorders and other inflammatory illnesses such as gut issues, fatigue and energy depletion, heart conditions, blood sugar imbalances and weight-loss management. Due to its role in the autoimmunity, I also work with food allergy and food intolerance.
I offer a 20-minute exploratory call for free, so please do email me to arrange this if you are interested. From there, I will then ask you to complete a health assessment. I will set a 50-minute consultation with you, either face to face or remotely through Skype or Zoom (or call). I will provide you with a health optimisation plan. We will then arrange to see each other one month after our initial meeting.
My practice seeks to find the root cause of your underlying condition (in line with the functional medicine approach). In our one to one sessions, we will discuss your health assessment, meal plan recommendations, health optimisation plan and the option for functional diagnostic testing. Also, I offer regular check-ins and food diary reviews.
My personalised functional testing packages offer the following tests:
· Genetic profiling (DNA Life)
· Gut health testing (GI MAP)
· Toxicity and nutrient deficiency testing
· Hormonal testing (DUTCH test)
· Cardiovascular disease markers
· Liver function tests
· Food intolerance testing
I also offer many other functional tests dependent on your needs.
I also offer a three-month Autoimmune Transformation Package inclusive of functional test.
You can join my Prolon Body Reset programme. This 5-day fasting regime addresses symptoms of ageing by supporting weight management, blood sugar fluctuations and the immune system.
Please do get in touch to arrange your FREE 20-minute exploratory call. I look forward to hearing from you!
