About me

Hello, my name is Milvia and I am an FNTP Accredited Nutritional Therapist who helps individuals to live naturally healthy, long and happy lives.

In addition to coaching my clients to help them with lifestyle and nutritional changes, I am also able to offer my clients DNA testing, intolerance testing and a personalised health plan to help you to reach your health goals.

I enjoy supporting people to have a greater understanding of nutrition and the role it plays in their health. Using my broad knowledge and experience, I aim to help those people to process the initial medical questionnaire and/or test results and create a plan that is based on their own lifestyle and food preferences.

The very first step on this journey is to set up a one hour consultation.

What is the consultation and what will you gain from it?

When you book in for the consultation, I will send you a detailed medical questionnaire which you need to complete and send back to me, prior to the appointment.

During the consultation we will discuss the questionnaire in depth and identify the root cause of your issue(s).

I will then tailor your treatment plan, provide advice and prescribe any remedies and tests you might need - I will also advise on the number of sessions needed. I will find the solution whatever the symptoms, for you - and your family.

I will help you achieve the correct balance between food and exercise. You are going to look and feel healthier with more energy and will enjoy a much more naturally toned body.

I will also test your water and your sugar levels if necessary and I will advise accordingly, please note: water and sugar testing are only available in a face to face session.

Now, more than ever, it is imperative that we look after our health, because prevention is far more effective than a cure. During the pandemic, I am offering online consultations and I can be flexible, so please give me a call today on 07771 771725 or click here to send me an email.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma In Living Nutrition.
  • FNTP Accredited.

I started studying food intolerance testing in 2004 achieving the relevant Diploma. I have studied with the College of Holistic health and Nutrition and The College of Living Nutrition based at Regents University. In addition to this, I have also had extensive training in various aspects of the skin.

Testing - how wonderful that we can now combine science with nutrition!

Tests have become the smarter approach to health and fitness. Simply by doing a simple and painless saliva swab, the DNA test can benefit everyone over the age of 18. You will get a personalised health plan and you will learn how to make your workouts work for you. In addition to this, you will receive a wellbeing report to discover stress tolerance, sleep, weight gain and bone density reports.

You will know everything about your body and will be able to introduce what you need and prevent any illnesses. Imagine how much simpler it would be to know what your weaknesses and strengths are from the very beginning and what this tool can do for you health wise and academically; how much happier you would be if you could be directed to the right path.

I work in partnership with the best laboratories the same who have tested athletes such as: Rio Ferdinand, Bryan Habana, Greg Rutherford and Andrew Steele to name a few and I will be supporting you on your journey.

Please see below for a list of tests:
Food tolerance/ Allergies (testing available from age 2+)

  • Covid-19 Antibody
  • Essential health tests

  • Men's health- Fertility/Hormones
  • Thyroid
  • Sports Performance
  • Wellness Conditions

Once the results of the tests come back, I will then process the data and help you to create a plan based on what you and your body needs.

Further information

I was born in Sardinia which is described as one of the only five "Blue Zones" in the world. Blue Zones are regions of the world where it is claimed, a higher than usual number people live much longer than average.

Being Mediterranean, I was brought up eating organic food and cooking what was in season - my parents grew everything! So I am passionate about longevity and I want to help you live a long healthy life and the mediterranean diet in one of my specialisms.

My interest in nutrition has served me well professionally, since I have always worked in industries in which appearance is important. I worked in the beauty industry for many years, my focus being skin quality.

Many skin conditions are linked to poor and sugary diets, and by combining diet and exercise in my treatments, achieved excellent results. A good diet and exercise goes hand in hand with an unblemished, healthy skin.

I have experienced the stress of modern life - running a business single handed and been exhausted through not sleeping as well as experiencing personal loss. Help with hormone health as well as boosting your immune system may resolve many issues. Understanding nutrition has changed my life and it can change yours too.

So, whether you are:

  • not sleeping
  • gaining weight
  • losing weight
  • healthy eating
  • unhealthy eating habits
  • not able to concentrate
  • feeling tired or your partner is stressed.

My motto is prevention rather than cure, so if you are ready to make changes to improve your health and wellbeing and live a naturally healthy, long and happy life, then please get in touch today, your life is in your hands!
