Testimonial
I had a consultation with Sonia recently. I had a few health issues surrounding my weight the previous year. We set out my 3 wellness goals. My work schedule is very hectic as I run my own businesses. With a lot of trial and error we were able to come to a plan that would fit into my lifestyle. I managed to lose some weight and feel my energy has returned. The best news of all is that my goal of having another child has happened my wife is now pregnant with our third child after 12 years.
