About me

Fully Qualified registered Nutritionist with 15 years experience
Passionate about equipping individuals with up to date, evidence based information in order to make healthy lifestyle choices.
I believe that we "are what we eat" and small changes can make a BIG impact.

No dieting just healthy sustainable eating.

I have worked with mothers- to- be, toddlers, children, teens, adults, families, community groups and one to one.

One of the highlight of my career was working at the London Olympics and Paralympics Games 2012 providing nutritional information to elite athletes.

I have also made guest appearances on the Islam Channel's "Living the Life" magazine show as their resident nutritionist.

I had a consultation with Sonia in the summer of 2016. I had a few health issues surrounding my weight the previous year. We set out my 3 wellness goals. My work schedule is very hectic as I run my own businesses. With a lot of trial and error we were able to come to a plan that would fit into my lifestyle. I managed to lose some weight and feel my energy has returned. The best news of all is that my goal of having another child has happened my wife is now pregnant with our third child after 12 years.
