About me
As a registered Dietitian/ Nutritionist and yoga practitioner I deliver holistic nutrition counselling for IBS and gut related disorders and all types of eating disorders including feeding difficulties in early years.
All of the dietary advice I give is based on individual needs and requirements and where needed nutrition plans are designed based around personal likes and dislikes. I use the most up to date clinical guidance and scientific research on food, health and disease to provide a high standard of personalised care.
I have over 10years of work experience in the NHS and have been involved in a number of community projects delivering cooking workshops for young families, people with learning disabilities and mental health illnesses and I have given nutrition presentations and food demonstrations to the public, health professionals and corporate groups.
I specialise in:
- Irritable bowel syndrome using the low FODMAP diet
-Weight management
-Mindful eating approaches to overcome disordered eating and yoyo dieting
- Emotional eating
- Eating disorders including extreme fussy eating in children.
I offer virtual sessions via zoom and face to face sessions in and around Stratford upon Avon, Evesham and can do home visits for an additional cost.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
