"I'm in the best place I have been for years!"
"In the month before the first lockdown I was diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetic. Unable to see or seek medical help I reached out to Hayley and over the following months, with her nutritional help and advice, I hit the target weight she set for me, reduced my sugar levels, my cholesterol and my BMI back to within normal range and I am well on the way to becoming medication free. Forever grateful."
Martyn Hardy, Hockley
“With Hayley’s help and motivation, I’ve lost nearly 5 stone in weight!
I’ve had binge eating disorder for many years and Hayley has helped me to cope with it, by giving me dietary advice and talking and listening to me.
She’s encouraged me to exercise, as far as I can, even though I have a bad back. Hayley has made me feel like I can achieve my goal.
In fact, Hayley is more like a friend to you and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
I could never have got this far without her nutritional advice & psychological advice!”
