Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
I have worked with thousands of clients from all around the world, and those who work with me for at least 3 months achieve the best results. This is the quickest and most effective way to reach your health goals, because we can work together every week or fortnight. Most nutritionists only see clients every 4 to 6 weeks, but I’ve found this isn’t the best way to achieve long term success. By working intensively over 3 months, I will take you through a step by step programme of changes, that we will continually review and tweak to ensure you stay on track and achieve results.
This package includes:
7 Consultations over 3 months:4 consultations in person or online
3 online or phone check ins, to keep you on track
For more information check out my web page:
Any recommended supplements or clinical health tests are additional to the consultation fee.
Clinics run Mon, Tues, Thurs at varying times. I do not offer evening and weekend appointments but will always try to be flexible to suit your needs.
Catherine Jeans also provides a range of online e-courses and programmes, which you can do in the comfort of your own home. Go to her home page at www.thefamilynutritionexpert.com to find out more.
