About me

Hi - I'm Catherine Jeans, clinic director of The Family Nutrition Expert, based in Norwich, Norfolk.  I'm one of the UK's most experienced Nutritional Therapists, and have supported thousands of clients worldwide with their health and wellness goals.

I oversee a team of nutritional therapists, each with their own specialist areas.  We support families of all ages (both children and adults), with a special interest in digestive health, weight management, hormone balance, autoimmunity, skin health, neurodiversity, plant based nutrition and sports nutrition.

Here at The Family Nutrition Expert clinic, we provide you with practical, realistic and effective nutritional programmes, tailor-made to suit you and your individual needs.  We are also experts in helping you to understood the root causes of your symptoms, utilising functional health tests where needed.  These include microbiome stool analysis, nutritional reviews, hormone tests and food sensitivity/intolerance testing.

Our aim is to help you change your eating habits for life, and in turn create a life time of optimum health and wellbeing.

Catherine also offers a number of live group nutrition programmes, allowing you to work on a weekly basis to support your long term health needs.
