About me

 Hi, I'm Ula!

I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist accredited by BANT and CNHC, passionate about helping you achieve optimal health and balance through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My love for food, wellness, and science inspired me to earn my diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, and since 2016, I've had the pleasure of supporting many clients in achieving their health goals.

Currently, I collaborate closely with a functional medicine doctor on Harley Street, specializing in women's health. My approach is evidence-based yet personal, ensuring every step we take together feels achievable, supportive, and tailored just for you.

Does this sound like you?

“I'm constantly dealing with bloating, discomfort, and more GI issues.  I've tried getting help from my doctor, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I'm looking for someone who takes a holistic approach and understands how all parts of my body work together—not just treating isolated symptoms.”

If this resonates, you're in the right place.

TESTIMONIALS

Ula is careful, considered and kind in her approach. She made sure that she understood my situation thoroughly, and she double-checked the latest research before advising me how to change my diet. She gave me comprehensive information about the approach that she suggested, and she made everything very clear. I have no hesitation in recommending Ula to anyone who needs nutritional guidance and support.

Helen, London,

I have been working with Ula to improve my diet, because I don’t want to die of one of the many illnesses:that I would have an increased chance of getting, if I eat a lot of processed foods. Due to poor health I had previously relied on meals in plastic boxes from the supermarket. I worked with Ula to create meals plans: from the wide choice of recipes and recipes books she suggested. I have been a fussy eater since childhood and there are a great many things I just will not eat. And I am always battling a sweet tooth, I am sure sugar is addictive. Ula has recommended that eating should be a pleasure and we create a meal plan with a wide range of nutrients with the variety of plants etc that promotes good gut health which is so important to weight and general health. I used to feel guilty that I can’t always stick to a diet. I usually go out for Halloween: because I don’t trust myself around a tub of chocolate. Drawing up meal plans makes the weekday shop so efficient with less waste and more fiber, vitamins and minerals and protein in my diet. Through planned use of my fridge and freezer I often enjoy leftovers as part of my varied diet. These meals means I don’t have to cook for every single meal and still have healthy meals packed full of taste and vegetables. When I bought Broccoli pasta bake from all the supermarkets I was disappointed how little of the broccoli was in my meal. Nobody enjoys slow bowel movement, so a life rich in vegetables show’s immediate benefits. I am an omnivore, and eat some meat and fish. We have also been focusing on fermented foods and a varied diet to promote better gut bacteria. But I have Vegetarians , Vegan, Jewish  and Muslim friends and would recommend Ula to anyone no matter what reason you have limitations: on what you will eat. Ula is patient, kind and highly knowledgeable about food and nutrition and will help you make better choices. And better nutrition leads to a longer and healthier life, as many scientific studies has shown. Ula is so supportive even when you have been defeated by donuts. And helped me focus on the big picture I now eat lots of vegetables and more protein and less sugar. I enjoy this new diet, as does my partner.
