About me
I am a clinical nutritional therapist with a background in psychotherapy; neuro-muscular and other physical therapies; health coaching and corporate stress management.
For almost 10 years I ran the nutrition department at Grayshott Medical Spa where I helped develop their highly successful 7 day health regime. Since the closure of Grayshott Spa, I have relocated the health programme To the fabulous Goodwood Estate where I continue to oversee the running of the programme. I am currenty not attending a London clinic. I am currently running most of my consultations online.
I spend a lot of one-on-one time with my clients in order to get an indepth understanding of their health needs and how they have come to be in the situation they are struggling with.
I am a big advocate of grass-fed meats and raw dairy products as well as the removal of sugars and damaged fats in our diets. I published a book called 'Why Eating Less & Exercising More Makes You Fat" in 2017.
I give talks at schools about body image and healthy living. I run a private clinic in Surrey, for clients with a wide range of health concerns.
I am currently studying the new field of nutritional neuro-science and writing another book, this one to be called 'Eat Your Brain Happy'.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. I also have numerous qualifications in body work, life coaching and stress management.
I have run a private practice for over 20 years; I used to run a corporate stress management company and an on-site massage training school.
I have appeared on television and radio programmes as a health expert and I regularly contribute national newspapers and magazines.
I am currently working on a book called Food Therapy, looking at how food can affect our mood as well as our bodies.
