Reviews from some of my 1:1 clients:

May I thank Laura for her support over the last 5 months. I am ashamed to say I didn't think I would find any benefits from following her recommendations or that her research into my medical issues would have such amazing results !! I am 100% healthier, and as a result so much happier. As an added bonus I have lost a stone in weight !! Laura is so friendly and approachable and never makes you feel guilty if you have a bad day. Thank you again for my new "lease of life"

5 month client

"Personally, I've never felt better...Obviously, this journey began when I did your programme, so thank you for all your help back then. I'm now in a much better place and feel as though I can now better implement some of the things we spoke about. I have a much better starting point to improve food and mood so would definitely be interested in the new monthly membership."

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
