I’m Laura Bryan- award-winning Nutritional Therapist (MSc, mBANT, CNHC) and certified Master Mindset Coach (Master NLP Practitioner), founder of Mind Nourishing. I combine science-based nutritional therapy with practical mindset coaching to help people finally get to the root of what’s keeping them stuck in cycles of low energy, worry or gut issues.
I specialise in supporting gut health and mental wellbeing, but I work with a wide range of health goals from balancing hormones, to things like improving your relationship with food. Over the years I’ve helped many people regain confidence in their body and their food choices, reduce stress, and feel more like themselves again.

Laura keeps up to date with the latest developments in nutritional research and industry by continually attending courses, seminars and webinars as well as following nutrition research publications and authors online. As a BANT member, she is required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of CPD per year.

The programmes contain a mix of nutritional therapy interventions as well as mindset coaching in order for you to make practical changes to your lifestyle as well as working on the 'unconscious' barriers that might have held you back from feeling and seeing long-term changes in the past.
Nutrition 'MOT'- This 60 minute session is a baseline for supporting you to optimise your diet in relation to your wellbeing goal. You will receive a full dietary analysis based on a 3 day food diary along with personalised recommendations that will support you to improve areas of your wellbeing such as energy, sugar- cravings and low mood.
The session also includes a email check in 2 weeks following the online consultation to help support accountability.

Reset Programme- 3 month programme
In these 3 months we will dig deep into what’s going on with your gut and get to the root cause of your health issues. At the end of the programme you will have:
- Learnt how to eat in a way that creates a healthy and happy gut environment
- Identified the potential triggers to your gut issues
- Learnt how to boost your energy so making new habits feels so much easier
- Become a pro at meal planning and have a range of gut healthy recipes to keep you and your gut feeling awesome
- Created some new healthy lifestyle habits which will help you to deal with the negative impact of stress for the long term!
This programme includes 4 online sessions (1x 90min, 2x 60min and one 20min mindset call) along with weekly email check in's, handouts, recipes and supplement and testing discounts.
Transformation Programme (Gut reset + mindset coaching):
5 month programme
This programme is best designed for individuals with a range of different health issues or long- term illness'. In these 5 months we will dig deep into the root cause of your health conditions so that we can target the 'imbalances' and issues that are sometimes missed by conventional medicine. This could include gut microbiome imbalances, hormonal issues, detoxification issues etc.. At the end of the programme you will have:
- Learnt how to balance your blood sugar levels to reduce your feelings of 'hanger' and low mood
- Identified the potential triggers to your low mood (including nutritional deficiencies and gut imbalances) and how to overcome them
- Learnt how to boost your energy so making new habits feels so much easier
- Overcome any limiting beliefs that might have held you back from making changes in the past
- Become a pro at meal planning and have a range of mood boosting recipes to keep you and your mind feeling awesome
- Created some new healthy lifestyle habits which will help you to deal with the negative impact of stress for the long term!
- Improve your relationship with food so you don’t feel like you have to go through the misery of restriction and binging ever again
- Removed 'baggage' from the past in your unconscious mind so that you can create sustainable changes easily and effortlessly
