About me

Are you sick of generally feeling 'unwell', constantly having low energy levels and feeling stressed? If yes, why not invest in a little support to get back the life and happiness you deserve.

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (Msc, mBANT, CNHC) who supports individuals to reduce stress and increase happiness by learning how to properly fuel their bodies. I am the founder of Mind Nourishing (

I offer 3, 4 or 6 months 1:1 nutritional therapy programmes where I will work alongside you to create a completely personalised programme which will look towards improving your specific health symptoms whilst fitting in with your lifestyle.

Alongside increasing mental wellbeing, nutritional therapy can also support issues with gut and hormonal health. Alongside nutrition support, the programmes will also look at the bigger picture of 'you' and support other areas of your life like stress reduction, physical activity, environmental toxins and sleep.

Personalised hand outs, recipe ideas and compliance tools are also available to make changes to your lifestyle as sustainable as possible.

What makes me unique is that I come on the journey with you to reach your goals. I send weekly emails to see how you are getting on and to offer additional support and motivation.

Laura keeps up to date with the latest developments in nutrition research and industry by continually attending courses, seminars and webinars as well as following nutrition research publications and authors online. As a BANT member, she is required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of CPD per year.

Consultations can either be completed online through a video call called Zoom or face to face if based in the Cardiff/ Pontypridd area.

All programmes include 3 day food diary analysis and report to identify any nutritional deficiencies. They also include personalised recipes, handouts and recommendations for supplements and/or further testing if deemed necessary. As a whole body approach, alongside personalised nutritional recommendations there will also be support/ advice on stress management, movement and sleep.

Silver package:

A perfect package for anyone who needs some little extra support to get to their health goals. The check in support will help you keep on track and the 2 follow up consultations will help you to optimise your health along with giving time for you to begin to notice changes from nutrition, lifestyle and supplement advice

  • 3 months support which includes 1 initial consultation (90 mins)
  • 2 follow up consultations (45 mins)
  • Fortnightly email support


Gold package:

If you feel you may need a little more support the Gold package will suit you perfectly. The weekly check in's will really help you to keep on track with your goals and allow us to continue to work on your programme to make sure it as effective and successful as possible.

The longer length of consultation time will also help us to delve deeper into any barriers you may have to change so that we can really make sure the recommended changes are achievable and sustainable.

  • Weekly email support

Platinum package:

The platinum package is for those who may have a few different health issues and may need longer to get to their health goals. The longer length of support allows time to complete further testing and to use any results to further personalise your recommendations. The 5 consultations will allow sufficient time to really try and get to the root cause of your health concerns and provide answers and solutions for long term health improvement.

  • 5 month support which includes 1 initial consultation (90 mins)
  • 4 follow up consultations (60 mins)
  • Weekly email support
  • Personalised recipe booklet


6 week health re-set- £160

This package includes:

  • 3 day food diary analysis to identify any nutritional deficiencies
  • Initial health analysis through questionnaire
  • 1 initial consultation (90 mins)
  • 1 follow up consultation (60 mins)
  • Weekly email support

Follow up consultations are also available for £65 (60 mins)
