About me
Do you feel like you've tried everything to improve your relationship with food although without much luck? Are you tired of feeling guilty, sluggish, and irritable after a meal? I hear you - it's tough. I've been there. But there is so much we can still do, TOGETHER.
As a passionate Nutritional Therapist and Trauma-Informed Health Coach, I support my clients with weight management, mental health and disordered eating.
For years, I had struggled with hormonal issues, weight loss, body image and self-worth. But I grew through my struggles. I learnt to love and accept myself for who I was, flaws and all.
I worked in the finance industry for a few years before embarking on an intensive 3-year Nutritional Therapy journey with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London in 2019.
Now I am on a mission to inspire and motivate positive CHANGE towards a healthy relationship with food, emotions and thoughts through adopting sustainable nutritional and lifestyle habits in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
With a deep understanding of the complex interplay between body and mind, I will show you that health is not about fitting into a certain mould, but about feeling nourished, strong and joyful.
Health is about living a purposeful, vibrant life.
I work with different clients, each with their unique challenges and goals. Together, we will uncover the root causes of your health issues and work out personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that could help you overcome the obstacles and thrive.
