About me

I am a qualified registered Nutritional therapist with a passion for healthy eating.

I changed my career path because I wanted to make more of a difference – to help people improve their health. I was experiencing my own health issues and I wanted to build upon and relay to others what I had learnt from working with a Nutritionist.

I really enjoy finding practical solutions to enable a client move towards their health goal. The focus is on the client and their journey and any recommendations have to suit that person.

Finding alternative healthy treats or changing a recipe to make a healthier version gives me a kick and I can spend hours in the kitchen making, baking and eating! Although this is not always the case, the majority of the time I want quick healthy meals and I am aware most of the clients I work with, will want the same. I enjoy providing tips for healthy eating, a healthy lifestyle and a persons' overall sense of wellbeing.

Consultations:
The process starts with a questionnaire including a 3-day food diary provided ahead of an appointment in order for me to analysis the information provided and review the food diary. The information gathering continues at the start of an initial consultation so I can really build up a picture of what is going on for that client. I then explain any biological processes that might be contributing to how the client is feeling and then we create a health plan for the clients’ goal. The health plan will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, suggested meals, recipes, information about specific nutrients and any supplement suggestions.

If further information is required, a full range of nutritional tests including hormone panels, stress profiles and stool analysis, can be utilised at an extra cost.

If you require support with your digestion, improving energy levels, skin health, hormonal balance, aiding sleep patterns, healthy weight management or promoting emotional wellbeing please don’t hesitate to give me a call or drop me an email. We can start with an initial chat so you can get a flavour of Nutritional Therapy and how I work.

Further information

Client testimonial: The nutritionist I am working with is lovely, obviously very knowledgeable about nutrition, but also super friendly, down to earth and really listened to me. She’s created some bespoke recommendations, based on my overall needs, lifestyle and preferences. And now I have a workable set of principles.
