About me
Lesley chose to study food and nutrition having suffered from her own health issues as a teenager. She witnessed the amazing effect that changing her diet could make, and went on to fully recover and spend the first part of her career in the food industry.
Subsequent years have been spent furthering her education in nutrition and lifestyle and keeping up to date with the latest research, as well as running her own successful practice. Lesley has been one of the specialist registered nutritional therapists at The Optimum Health Clinic in London since 2008.
Lesley's 20+ years experience as a nutritionist in an ever evolving industry, have given her a wealth of experience and wisdom. She puts all of this to best use and practice, in her functional approach to health.
