About me

Hello!

I am a registered dietitian (RD) in the UK and Bulgaria and a Clinical Data Manager (CDM) in Bayer. I have experience in creating nutritional regimens for overweight and obese patients, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, malnutrition, dyslipidaemia, cholelithiasis, nephrolithiasis and many other diseases.  I also provide nutritional guidance for patients on parenteral and enteral nutrition with neurological, oncological and surgical medical issues. 

I graduated with Masters of Dietetics and  I have written a research project focused on B vitamins and the development of oncological diseases, in particular - tumours of the breast and in the gastrointestinal tract. I also specialised in Sports Nutrition as part of my master's qualification. 

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been an intern in endocrinology and diabetes for a specialist endocrinologist (MD). I have also been on placement in NHS Tayside, Scotland, where I worked on a rotational basis- both in acute and community.  I have also practiced as an intern in the genetics department in a genetic laboratory.

I have completed a Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics course.

This first call will give you the opportunity to find if you want to work with me and if your nutritional needs align with my expertise. I strive to provide the best possible care, and if I think that you should see another specialist0 I would be happy to refer. That's why it is so important for me to offer this first call free of charge. 

Initial Consultation £85.00 [60-90 minutes]

Includes assessment of the following:
-your anthropometrics (eg height, weight, BMI)
-your food diary (portions, types of food, patterns of eating, preferred way of cooking)
-your previous medical history + current medical issues 
-your recent biochemistry results, if applicable
-your social life 

A written summary of your consultation is then sent via email.

SMART Goals are established--> Specific, Measurable, Accurate, Realistic and Timely.

Plan to work towards is set, depending on your specific needs and desires. 

Follow up Consultation £50.00 [30-40 minutes]

Review of goals, progress and further advice.

Follow-ups are scheduled depending on your needs. For example, I would not see a weight management client earlier than 2-3 weeks. However, for enteral  nutrition patients, more frequent follow-ups would be beneficial.

FODMAP Package £180.00

-1 x consultation elimination stage [60-90mins]
-1 x consultation reintroduction stage [60min] unlimited WhatsApp support throughout.
-High quality resources from the BDA are provided as supporting literature.

Weight Management Package £180.00 

Includes 3 appointments (one initial and 2 follow-ups), meal plans and ongoing email/WhatsApp support in between appointments. 

More follow-ups are available, if needed. 

Email Dietary Assessment and Report £40.00

There is an option to submit your food diary by email and receive a written report and advice from me if you do not think you would like a consultation. 

Meal Plan Service £130.00 with consultation; £90.00 with no consultation

Includes dietary assessment, health questionnaire and meal plan (5 different days and advice).

*Prices depend on patient's medical status. They are in line with the recommendations from the BDA.
