About me
If you need help getting to the root of your symptoms, you want to manage your weight, you need nutritional support alongside a medical condition or want to feel more energised...
I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London, and worldwide online.
Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with bowel and bladder health, weight-loss, hormonal health, musculoskeletal conditions and more.
I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner, which means I am trained to look at the relationship between your genetics, nutrition and health; offering DNA testing, analysis and highly personalised plans based on your genetic makeup.
As a working mum with a disability, I am passionate about making nutrition accessible to those with additional challenges, such as limited time, energy or mobility. I provide achievable nutrition programmes to work around your lifestyle, ability and food culture, using healthy shortcuts and practical solutions combined with evidence-based nutrition.
I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition that is achievable, inclusive and enjoyable so we can eat the food we love and feel our best without the stress and overwhelm.

What to expect
Before your initial consultation, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary. The consultation will last 90 minutes and will involve a comprehensive health assessment of your current symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. I use a thorough process of analysis along with evidence-based nutritional science to identify potential imbalances and formulate a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. This will include:

- Recipes and nutritional factsheets
- Supplement recommendations
- Laboratory test recommendations or GP referral (if required)
Follow-up consultations are recommended 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation and are shorter sessions of 45 minutes. We will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly.

For those with limited budget, other services are available such as:

Testimonials
"With Dina’s help I was able to overcome issues during pregnancy making me feel much more comfortable and have more energy. Dina is empathetic and encouraging, she took on board how I didn’t have much time so she provided me with a plan that was realistic in terms of the practicalities of preparation and to fit with my lifestyle." - Sarah
"Thanks Dina... your sensitive and non-judgemental approach made it easy for me to talk about the issues I was experiencing. Giving me options and explaining the science behind the choices in response to my needs helped me to follow your advice and stick to the plan. A few months on and I am still eating well and feeling stronger, less tired, less pain and sleeping better. Once again, thank you." - D.B
"Dina has been super helpful. She is knowledgable and patient. She really cares about the outcome and has given me invaluable tips on improving my diet to improve energy. After a consultation, she was able to put forward a blood test request to my GP which has given me insight into my health and which supplements to take. Her plan is personalised and put together with great care. I can only highly recommend Dina. Five stars!" - Mareli
