I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London, and worldwide online.
If you need help getting to the root of your symptoms, you want to manage your weight, you need support alongside a medical condition or want to feel more energised, I provide 1:1 consultations and personalised plans with a 360 comprehensive approach to help you achieve your health goals.
Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with healthy weight loss, prenatal and hormonal health, bowel and bladder health, musculoskeletal conditions and more.
I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner, which means I am trained to look at the relationship between your genetics, nutrition and health; offering DNA testing, analysis and highly personalised plans based on your genetic makeup.
I believe in a balanced approach and aim to make nutrition accessible and achievable for anyone with limited time and energy, so you can enjoy food and feel energised without feeling overwhelmed.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (DipCNM Distinction)
- Registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)
- Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
- Qualified Nutrigenomics Practitioner in genetic testing and interpretation with Lifecode GX.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I offer 3 packages with varying levels of support:
The Starter Package £325 includes an initial + follow-up consultation to help you get started on your health journey.
The 12 week Signature package £595 includes an initial + 2 follow-up consultations and a personalised meal plan, plus check-in calls in between appointments. This is a supported package to help you get to the root of your symptoms and keep you motivated. This is recommended for most health goals as it takes around 12 weeks to form new dietary and lifestyle habits.
The Utlimate package £1195 includes everything from the Signature package, as well as 3 online personalised exercise sessions, plus DNA test and analysis.
DNA testing & analysis £495-895 includes genetic testing, analysis and a personalised nutrition plan based on your unique genetic makeup.
For those with limited budget, other services are available such as:
Power hour £120 to discuss your diet or a specific area of your health.
Personalised Meal Plan £95 includes 7 days of bespoke recipes.
Vitamin D testing £80 includes home test kit and treatment plan.
What to expect
Before your first consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. The consultation will involve a comprehensive assessment of your current symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. I use a thorough process of analysis to identify potential imbalances and formulate an achievable and effective plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. This will include:
- Personalised dietary and lifestyle suggestions
- Recipes and nutritional factsheets
- Supplement recommendations
- Laboratory test recommendations (if required)
Follow-up consultations are recommended 4-6 weeks after your first consultation. We will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges, and adjust the plan accordingly.
A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your health concerns, address any questions you have and get to know each other before making a booking. There is absolutely no obligation to book, but if you are interested in working with me further, I will help you choose the right package for your needs. This will take place via Zoom video call.
