About me

As a registered nutritionist (RNutr) with a MSc in Clinical Nutrition, my clients come to me for science-based help with weight management, blood glucose responses, women's health, disordered eating behaviours (incl. binge eating) and gut issues.

I am also a trained chef so I know as much about cooking delicious food as about human nutrition.

I currently run my clinics either online (through Zoom) or at the Tulloch Clinic (at the Roehampton Club, near Barnes station)

In my clinic, I offer person-centred and evidence-based nutrition coaching. In other words, I listen to your needs, experience and preferences and, drawing from on my in-depth knowledge in nutrition and behavioural science and extensive clinical experience, I guide you in finding the best way to feed yourself - optimal, sustainable and delicious. Do give me a call, at no cost, and let's talk through whether I'm the right nutritionist for you.

My areas of speciality are:

  • Struggling with weight gain
  • Yo-yo dieting & weight cycling
  • Women's health
  • Wellness at work
  • Turning vegetarian or vegan
  • Disordered & binge eating
  • Pregnant & trying to conceive
  • Tired or low energy
  • Gut health

I believe in science-based nutrition – many popular and famous theories about nutrition are seductive yet simply fallacious. Everything I do is based on robust scientific evidence. All my advice is backed up by solid research, which I'll be delighted to share with you if you're interested.

I help individuals and families to address their nutritional needs, whether it is to fix a problem, to manage weight, to restore a healthy relationship with food, to enhance sport performance or to eat more ethically.

My ethos is that we can and should all eat well –  eating good and tasty food to fuel our minds and bodies. But it is personal: this needs to be adapted to our lives. Many of my clients have crazy schedules and I work with them to lock in nutrition.

Each individual has different tastes, a different story, a different body and a different lifestyle. While the principles of nutrition are the same for everyone – eat, in moderation, a varied and balanced diet, mainly plant-based – I believe the ways to implement such a healthy diet are multiple. Taking your individuality into account, I can make food work for you, not against you.

Testimonials:

"Being fed up with “yo-yo” diets, I decided to get help from Clemence in order to gain further knowledge about food and how to sustainably keep away the unwanted kilos I used to gain straight back after being on a diet. Her knowledge, advices and tools she gave me have been very successful and I highly recommend her services!" Stephanie.

"Clémence is amazingly thorough in her assessment, she gives out perfectly tailored advice and she is so enthusiastic you actually come out of her sessions feeling really positive, rather than overwhelmed, by her recommendations.I really did feel in good hands with Clémence, knowing that she constantly keeps up with the ongoing nutritional research of which she has an in-depth knowledge. This enables her to back up every single piece of advice she gives out by solid evidence which she is more than happy to share." Celine.

"Visiting Clem was one of the best decisions I have made, both for myself and my family. She teaches you about making the right food choices in a friendly and completely non-judgemental way. Her suggestions are pragmatic and maintainable and her recipes are delicious. There’s even room for chocolate - provided it’s the right kind!" Angela.

"I enjoyed my three months consultation period working with Clemence who was very attentive & always there to answer all my questions. What I found fascinating, is her way in explaining the science behind every healthy tip. This was very helpful to see the full picture and make my own healthy decisions. She didn't mandate any routine or a set of a diet to follow, she actually made me find my own healthy routine & diet that suited me. The amazing result was I lost 3 Kilos in 3 months without changing my exercise routine and I actually do eat more than before, however now with her help I am more aware of what my body needs and what, where & when I should eat.. Thank you so much Clem :).” Yassmine.
