I am currently offering ALL clients the option of Zoom, Skype, Facetime or phone consultations.
Hello, I have a wealth of experience to offer you with your health concerns. With separate industry recognised qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Naturopathy, Iridology and Wellbeing Coaching, I utilise all these skills to offer a truly holistic approach to your health.I have been in practice for ten years and helped many hundreds of clients.
Clinics in Swindon, Cirencester and Kempsford (near Fairford).
I have close links to industry: I am a founding member of the NNA (Naturopathic Nutrition Association); I was Chair for 7 years and now lead the Accreditation programme; I was Principal, senior tutor and clinical supervisor of the Natural Healthcare College for 5 years. I am fully insured to practice and trained to meet NOS (National Occupational Standards) criteria appropriate to nutritional therapy and naturopathy.
I have a particular passion, experience and an excellent track record (remaining up to date with latest tools and knowledge) in helping clients with all digestion related concerns but also support clients with a wide range of health symptoms and chronic conditions. As naturopathy teaches us- health starts in the gut! Please call me (or email) to discuss your own particular concerns and I can share with you how I work. And do please look at the testimonials on my website.
Using naturopathic principals- education is everything. My clients are provided with my in-depth science and empirical based knowledge but in a clear non-technical way. And all nutrition and lifestyle protocols are carefully aligned to each client's lifestyle and likes and dislikes.

I experienced first hand how nutritional therapy and a diet tailored to meet my personal needs improved my health and vitality. That was in 1997 and triggered a lifelong interest in the subject.
I am passionate about the importance of good nutrition and sharing my knowledge with my clients. Education is an important aspect of the consultation and I aim to give clients a really good understanding of why changes are being suggested. I strongly believe that this gives clients a greater chance of success and is more likely to be sustained for the long-term.
I also recognise that a “one size fits all” approach is not appropriate when it comes to our health and wellbeing. Everyone is unique and our diets should reflect our lifestyle, genetic makeup, age, gender and environment.
I have a 20 year background in the corporate sector with a middle management position for a very large FTSE 100 company. This has given me a very good understanding of not only the pressure faced by businesses but the stress and pressure felt by employees in meeting corporate goals.
As a Naturopath Caroline employs a holistic “whole body and mind” approach and utilises a number of tools and techniques to identify root cause to ill health. At the same time Naturopathy is about empowering the individual to take control of their own health and Caroline does this through education, encouragement and above all else, keeping things simple.
