About me - I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, whose passion is about helping people live healthier lives. From personal experience, I know what a relief it is to have answers to those unexplicable symptoms and to understand why you are not feeling 'yourself'. Today, I want to pass that knowledge onto you! I follow the ancient belief "let food be thy medicine of life".
What is nutrition - Our philosophy is about empowering you with foods and nutrients together with lifestyle choices to give you the vitality and energy you need to embrace and enjoy your busy lives. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Our aim is to rebalalnce your health to energize your life.
Focusing on you - I work with men and women whose health and wellbeing has deteriorated due to their hectic lifestyles. If you are fed up with always feeling tired, unable to shift the kilos, eating is no-longer a pleasure and/or your hormones are dictating your moods then it is time to action.
I run different packages, tailored to your individual health concerns and goals. They consist of one-to-one consultations, phone call and email support as well as individualized protocols. Personalized support is important to keep you on track on those days where ‘will power’ might not be so strong. My aim is for you to have long-term success. The packages range from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your needs and symptoms.

This is an all-natural health optimising programme that is designed to encourage your metabolism to function more efficiently by regulating insulin and cortisol secretion, hormones associated with appetite. This programme is designed to promote healthy eating and long-term weight management.
We know that a busy lifestyle often results in you being time poor. So in order to make life easier and more manageable, we offer consultations by Skype and telephone as well as the traditional face to face.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Therapy.
I trained at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and The University of West London. I am also registered with CNHC [Complimentary and Natural Health Care Council] and a member of BANT [British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy].
In 2012, I trained as a Metabolic Balance coach, a weight management program for people who are fed up with yo-yo dieting.
I also have experience doing workshops in schools - both with cooking and educating children on healthy eating.
I also have a BA (hons) in Languages
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Gold (6 months) 6 consultations, 4 x 20 mins phone support, 5 weekly emails, personalized protocol, body composition, menu planning, food diary review

Metabolic Balance® programme is £700
If you decide at the initial consultation that you would like to follow the Metabolic Balance programme, the initial consultation costs will be subtracted from the metabolic balance cost.

I often see people who 'cope' with their health issues by taking medication such as pain relief tablets or antacids! These are temporary solutions and do not really give them the answers they are looking for. In fact , in the long run they often feel worse.
