About me

Are you struggling with your relationship with food or dealing with a medical condition that requires you to follow a particular dietary plan? Are you looking to lose or add some weight to feel better about yourself?

Ms Vasiliki Stavrou is a dedicated HCPC Registered NHS & Freelance Specialist Dietitian and the Founder of Wellness Bites Ltd, a private consultancy committed to delivering expert dietetic care on a personalised, one-on-one basis. Through her extensive experience working in various medical specialties across esteemed London NHS Trusts, Vasiliki has honed her skills and knowledge to provide exceptional dietary advice. Her aim is to empower clients to optimise their diet and enhance their overall health and wellbeing.

Vasiliki's journey into nutrition began in her teens when she was diagnosed with IBS, leading her to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at the London Metropolitan University in 2021. Despite growing up in a Mediterranean household with delicious and balanced meals, her condition necessitated dietary adjustments. Like many others, she faced challenges and fluctuations in her approach to dieting.

Vasiliki’s overarching goal is to guide clients towards improving their eating habits, fostering comfort and creativity in the kitchen, and treating food with the utmost care. Rejecting the notion of 'good' or 'bad' foods, she emphasises the importance of finding a balance that satisfies both the body and soul. Vasiliki is committed to helping clients navigate this balance, ensuring a positive and guilt-free approach to dieting that allows individuals to make the most of their lives.
