“I have been a client of Sylvie for a year now. As a result of Sylvie's advice I regained my energy and I feel so much better in myself. She really made a huge contribution to improving my general wellbeing, her knowledge of nutrition and supplements advice
play a big role in my daily routine.”
I would just like to say a massive thank you for all you have done for me. Putting me on the right track with food, supplements, exercise and also importantly positivity. With your calm, caring and incredibly thorough process I feel stronger and healthier.
“Sylvie’s broad knowledge and expertise impressed me. Her guidance was simple and addressed my issues from our very first consultation. Sylvie suggested a few key additional foods to add to my diet as well as introducing me to supplements that I was not already familiar with. In no time, these definitely helped to realign me and got me back on track feeling like a new version of myself! Having a consultation with Sylvie has really made a difference!”
