What clients said:
" Even at Christmas, I was able to make simple easy changes. Being able to go for long walks (18 km+) with my husband and dog on consecutive days, previously I could just about manage one long walk a week. The weight loss has also been noticeable at least 10% of my starting weight and I didn’t feel as if I was on a diet or constantly thinking about it,
Sarah does not give you a short-term quick fix but the tools to empower you to change your life now and in the future."
"I started working with Sarah to help combat the symptoms I was experiencing going through midlife. The sessions have been informative, relevant and insightful. Rethinking the way I eat has been easier than expected and I am delighted to experience less bloating, fewer hot sweats and losing a few pounds. I have also started to set aside ‘me time’ which has been valuable for reducing my stress levels. Overall I am so pleased with Sarah’s mentoring and continued support, I feel I have really invested in my physical and mental health."
I can guide you on tests to assess your vitamin, mineral, hormonal levels. Whether through the NHS or private laboratories, I'm here to provide comprehensive support.
I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research through continuous professional development courses.
