About me
My name is Ksenia, and I am a nutritional therapist with a life-long passion in herbal and nutritional medicine. I lead my clients through natural and gentle nutritional and herbal interventions to improve their health and wellbeing.
I use a comprehensive questionnaire and lab testing to identify the root causes of symptoms and work closely with you to provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you or your child. All my recommendations are manageable and tailored according to your needs. I also explain in detail the roots of your health conditions and what you can do to keep control of your health.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy from the world-renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine and have also undertaken herbal trainings with Bridging the Gap Academy and New Roots Herbal.
