About me

Karina runs a busy natural health clinic in Oxfordshire where she offers Nutritional Therapy, clinical Psychoneuroimmunology and NLP integrated consultations. She is also a certified Metabolic Balance Coach and assists individuals in healthy weight loss and restoring metabolic efficiency. She has 10 years experience in the complementary medicine field and a deep understanding of the key lifestyle factors that influence our health. She sees clients on a daily basis and has experience working with a broad spectrum of health challenges aiming to always identify and target root causes of ill health rather than just treating symptoms.

Every person is unique with specific requirements, which can be assessed using a number of clinical tools including simple observations, taking a thorough health history, questionnaires and laboratory testing when appropriate. Karina is also a trained phlebotomist and can herself do the blood draw to be sent of the the relevant laboratories should blood tests be relevant. This provides a significant advantage to her clients as most private phlebotomy services are only available in London.

Karina firmly believes that true optimal health can only be achieved when considering all aspects of human existence including physiological, emotional, cognitive and social elements. She uses a unique combination of acquired skills to effectively support each individual client towards good health.

She has provided presentations, workshops and webinars for a significant number of large organisations around the country to help educate and support good health in the workplace.
