About me
I support people who want to feel better in their everyday health, whether that’s improving energy, digestion, mood, or simply feeling more balanced and in control of their wellbeing.
Nutrition plays a key role in how we feel day to day. What we eat can influence everything from our energy levels and immune system to hormones, skin, and stress resilience. I work with a wide range of health concerns, including digestive discomfort, low energy, inflammatory conditions, and the effects of ongoing stress.
My approach is supportive, practical, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition. Together, we’ll explore what may be contributing to your symptoms, identify simple, realistic changes, and build your confidence in understanding your body and your health.
Through my Gentle Gut Restore & Reset Framework, we start by easing symptoms and creating a sense of stability, before moving on to longer-term nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are tailored to you. You’ll receive clear guidance, simple recipe ideas, and practical tools to help you make sustainable changes.
The 12-week one-to-one programme includes four consultations and ongoing support, giving you the time and structure needed to create meaningful, lasting improvements in your health.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I take a functional approach — looking at the bigger picture to understand how different areas of your health are connected, and how best to support you as an individual.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (PGDipNT, mBANT, rCNHC, mIFM) with a strong focus on evidence-based, personalised care. I’m fully insured and trained in nutrigenetic testing (LifecodeGX), allowing me to take a deeper, more tailored approach when needed.
Alongside my clinical work, I sit on the judging panel for the Nourish Awards, where I assess supplements for their scientific evidence, effectiveness, quality, and safety. This keeps me closely connected to what genuinely works, so you can feel confident in the recommendations you receive.
My approach is always grounded in both science and real-life practicality, helping you make changes that are achievable, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
If you’re ready to better understand your body and feel more confident about your food choices so that you can take clear, supported steps towards improving your gut health and overall wellbeing, I’d love to work with you.

Further information
My passion for gut health stems from both personal experience and years of working with clients who’ve struggled to understand their symptoms. I know how frustrating it can be to feel bloated, tired, or out of balance without clear answers. That’s why I focus on identifying what’s really happening beneath the surface — whether it’s poor digestion, inflammatory symptoms, or the impact of stress on the gut-brain axis — and use simple, evidence-based tools to bring the body back into balance.
I believe nutrition should feel achievable, not overwhelming. My role is to cut through conflicting information and guide clients towards choices that make sense for their unique bodies and lives. I offer clear, practical advice tailored to each stage of your journey - so you can eat with confidence, support your gut naturally, and feel truly well from the inside out.
