About me

Hi, I’m Emily! I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, passionate about supporting my clients in improving their health through the power of nutrition. I founded a leading private practice based in central London where I work with my patients to translate cutting-edge nutritional research into tailored, practical, and inspiring personalised coaching.

I am qualified and experienced in working with clients seeking to understand how to eat for optimal health, including if you need help with a health condition. I am privileged to have had over 10 years of clinical experience within both the NHS and private healthcare settings and love to bring this knowledge to my coaching sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Nottingham. Later, I pursued further studies in digestive health at King's College London and received training in the Low FODMAPs Diet, a gold standard treatment for IBS and other gut conditions. Over my career, I have also been privileged to support thousands of patients with sports and performance, as well as weight loss and weight gain goals.

Currently, I am the Nutrition Lead at a prestigious private hospital, which is a Centre for Excellence in Women's Health, Fertility, IVF and Digestive Health.

I work within a network of world-leading consultants and surgeons in gynaecology, gastroenterology, and fertility treatment, supporting my patients in accessing an expert medical team for tests and treatments.
