Hi, I’m Emily! I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, passionate about supporting my clients in improving their health through the power of nutrition. I founded a leading private practice based in central London where I work with my patients to translate cutting-edge nutritional research into tailored, practical, and inspiring personalised coaching.
I am qualified and experienced in working with clients seeking to understand how to eat for optimal health, including if you need help with a health condition. I am privileged to have had over 10 years of clinical experience within both the NHS and private healthcare settings and love to bring this knowledge to my coaching sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Nottingham. Later, I pursued further studies in digestive health at King's College London and received training in the Low FODMAPs Diet, a gold standard treatment for IBS and other gut conditions. Over my career, I have also been privileged to support thousands of patients with weight loss or gain goals.
Currently, I am the Nutrition Lead at a prestigious private hospital in Chelsea, which is a Centre for Excellence in Women's Health, Fertility, IVF and Digestive Health.
In my role as an advisor for Endometriosis UK, I provide research-backed advice for the role of nutrition in hormonal conditions.
I work within a network of world-leading consultants and surgeons in gynaecology, gastroenterology, and fertility treatment, supporting my patients in accessing an expert medical team for tests and treatments.
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
