About me

Hi, my name is Charlotte Schilcher and I'm a Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist.  I'm trained to look at your health concerns through the lens of diet and lifestyle and make the best recommendations to get you feeling your best.

Individualised nutrition plans can ease symptoms, restore energy and act as part of our protective armour alongside exercise and other forms of lifestyle medicine in warding off disease. We literally are the nutrients we eat.

Each one of us is completely unique and therefore no two strategies are the same.  We will work together to find the root cause of your symptoms and with this information,  put in place a nutrition and lifestyle strategy to alleviate your symptoms.  With my full support, we will plan a dietary protocol that is manageable and fits in with your daily life.

The First Consultation

In the first consultation, we take a detailed look at your medical history and the issues you currently have.  I will ask questions in relation to the type and timing of the symptoms you are experiencing and give you the opportunity to explain your concerns and any suspicions you may have as to why you are experiencing these symptoms in a private and confidential setting.  I then explain the area I believe to be the most beneficial to work on and together we will come up with a strategy that works for you and that gets you the best results.

The following consultations will be used to asses our strategy and measure your progress.  We may see quick results and only require 3 consultations or if there are a number of complex imbalances, it may take a little longer.  We will keep communication open at all times so you are fully in the loop as to how and when to expect positive outcomes.

Nutritional Therapy is a powerful tool to put you in control of your health, regaining and maintaining wellbeing.  It can benefit a wide variety of complaints from Digestion health, mental health, ageing, hormonal health, weight management, cardiovascular health, energy issues and much more.

I am passionate about all aspects of health. Particular passing on the tools needed to put your health in your own control.  We all have the right to feel well.

Areas of interest include, digestion, skin health, energy and immunity, peri-menopausal and menopausal wellbeing.  I'm also interested in sports nutrition and weight management.

FREE CALL - You can get in touch anytime for a 'no obligation' phonecall where I can explain the process in more detail and nutritional therapy can help you.

Charlotte was really approachable, friendly and professional. The changes to my diet and lifestyle were realistic, simple and achievable. I found this process really enlightening and I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone.  Lucy Thurgood, November 2019

I booked a Nutritional consultation with Charlotte as I was feeling a bit fatigued. She looked at everything in fine detail and put me on a program which, along with recommended exercise, led to me reducing cholesterol from 7.4 to 4.9, losing 9kgs, feeling happier & healthier and sleeping better. My GP was suitably impressed. Daryl Bamonte, London, October 2019.
