About me

Hi, my name is Charlotte Schilcher and I'm a Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist.  This means I'm qualified to look at your diet and lifestyle and make recommendations on how these could be improved for you to feel your best.

Personalised nutrition can ease symptoms, restore energy and act as part of our protective armour alongside exercise and other forms of lifestyle medicine in warding off disease. We literally are the nutrients we eat.

Each person is completely unique and therefore no two strategies are the same.  We will work together to find the root cause of your symptoms and put a plan in place to manage these.  With my full support, we can plan a dietary protocol that is manageable and fits in with your daily life.

The First Consultation

In the first consultation, we take a detailed look at your medical history and the issues you currently have.  I will ask questions in relation to the type and timing of the symptoms you are experiencing and give you the opportunity to explain your concerns and any suspicions you may have as to why you are experiencing these symptoms in a private and confidential setting.  I then explain the area I believe to be the most beneficial to work on and together we will come up with a strategy that works for you and that gets you the best results.

The following consultations will be used to asses our strategy and measure your progress.  We may see quick results and only require 3 consultations or if there are a number of complex imbalances, it may take a little longer.  We will keep communication open at all times so you are fully in the loop as to how and when to expect positive outcomes.

Nutritional Therapy is a powerful tool to put you in control of your health, regaining and maintaining wellbeing.  It can benefit a wide variety of complaints from Digestion health, mental health, ageing, hormonal health, weight management, cardiovascular health, energy issues and much more.

I am passionate about all aspects of health. In particularly, digestion, skin health, energy and immunity,  peri-menopausal and menopausal wellbeing are of interest.

I run yoga and nutrition retreats also.  For more information please see www.weareretreats.com

Testimonials:

Charlotte was really approachable, friendly and professional. The changes to my diet and lifestyle were realistic, simple and achievable. I found this process really enlightening and I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone.  Lucy Thurgood, November 2019

I booked a Nutritional consultation with Charlotte as I was feeling a bit fatigued. She looked at everything in fine detail and put me on a program which, along with recommended exercise, led to me reducing cholesterol from 7.4 to 4.9, losing 9kgs, feeling happier & healthier and sleeping better. My GP was suitably impressed. Daryl Bamonte, London, October 2019.
