About me
The approach I take is a personal one, supporting people to achieve sustainable and healthy changes to their life.
My interest in nutrition has come from trying to address some of my own low level health problems over many years. Like many people I’ve suffered in the past from low energy, on occasion had low mood and my weight has often fluctuated. I’ve found myself looking towards nutrition and other naturopathic treatments to improve my quality of life, support a busy lifestyle and improve my yoga practice.
As my interest grew I found a lot conflicting and unhelpful information, including a lot of fads and incorrect information. This lead me to undertaking my nutritional therapist qualification.
I take a holistic approach to supporting the body and mind, to help the body heal itself and bring you back into balance. I have had success in supporting both chronic and long term health conditions, increasing overall vitality and wellbeing. Where appropriate I use my knowledge of wellbeing improvement techniques, yoga, meditation and mindfulness to support my nutritional training.

My qualifications
As a yoga teacher I trained in India and am both qualified and registered with the Yoga Alliance.
My Nutritional Therapy diploma is held with the School of Health. I am registered with both the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and the Society of Naturopaths.
I obtained my coaching qualifications through the Institute of Leadership and Management, with specialised training in Wellbeing with the British Coaching Association.

The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners is the fastest growing body for practitioners of nutritional therapy in the UK. There are two types of membership: Full Member and Student Member.
Members must be insured, and agree to abide by the FNTP Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics and the Disciplinary & Complaints Procedure.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Fees
£50.00 - £150.00
Additional information
Your first appointment cost £150 follow up appointments cost £50.
Included in the cost of the first session is:
- An hour researching and analysing your questionnaire
- An hour’s appointment
- One to two hours researching and putting together your nutrition, supplement & lifestyle plan
- A twenty minute video or phone call to go through your plan
- Any emails or letter for onward referrals or information required by another healthcare provider
Included in the cost of your follow up sessions is an hours appointment and the time taken to update or change your nutrition, supplement & lifestyle plan.
Tests and supplements are not included as part of any appointment.
After you book your first appointment you will receive an email from me containing; a health consent form, a terms of engagement form, a privacy notice form, a food diary and a health questionnaire. These should be returned to me a week before your appointment. If your appointment has been booked with less than a week to go or you can’t not complete the forms within the given timescale, then please contact me.
