About me

I’m Anne, a naturopathic wellbeing coach, yoga teacher, and nutritional therapist based in Exeter and online. My passion for holistic health comes from my own personal journey with health challenges, which led me to discover the incredible power of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes.

Now, I help others feel their best through a holistic, personalised approach, bringing together yoga, nutritional therapy, and wellbeing coaching to support lasting transformation.

As a qualified nutritional therapist, my approach is about more than just food; it’s about understanding your unique needs, restoring balance in your body, and providing you with the nutrients that support your long-term wellbeing.

Through nutritional therapy, I use evidence-based dietary guidance and a holistic approach to help you optimise your health, whether you're looking to manage a specific health concern, boost your energy levels, or improve your general wellbeing.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a client-centred approach that focuses on using food and nutrition to support the body’s natural healing processes and restore balance. As a nutritional therapist, I work with you to identify the root causes of health imbalances and tailor a nutrition plan that addresses your specific needs.

This approach goes beyond symptom management to focus on improving your overall health and wellbeing by optimising the nutrients your body needs.

I also offer a variety of tests to support the process, helping us gain deeper insights into your specific health needs.

My Approach to Nutritional Therapy

As an experienced nutritional therapist, my approach combines modern nutritional science with a deep understanding of the body’s natural healing capabilities. I believe that the body has an incredible ability to restore balance, and nutritional therapy is an essential tool in unlocking that potential.

Together, we’ll work on identifying the underlying causes of any health imbalances you may be experiencing and create a personalised nutritional plan to support your body’s unique needs.
