Hi, I'm Annali, Nutritional Therapist, single-parent mum to one (13), home-educating and dog boarding! I empower busy women to make lifelong changes to their nutrition. I help you get clarity on the underlying causes of your weight gain or health issue so you experience feeling well again.
I help women to lose weight, gain energy, feel fabulous and to regain their zest for life! I take a proactive approach to finding your healthy balance using nutrition and lifestyle changes. I am here to tell you that you do not have to accept your health problems as normal, and that you can absolutely take back control of your body, your health and your life. And I will support and motivate you every step of the way.
Your body is meant to be healthy, in harmony and in balance. Glowing health is something you should experience whatever your age. However, life events and stress can make you feel drained, leading to weight gain, hormone imbalances, gut symptoms and lacklustre skin, among others.

My approach is supportive, friendly, understanding and encouraging. I not only tell you why you are experiencing ill health or weight gain, but I actively work with you, supporting and motivating you to make lifelong changes that will help you to break free of low energy and aches and pains. I will show you how to incorporate healthy eating into your busy day - with quick, simple, delicious recipes. I will show you how to shop for, prep and cook good food with minimal effort, because no one wants to be stuck in the kitchen for hours after a busy day!
My Specialisms - Women's Health & Weight Loss
As a women’s health and weight loss specialist, I help busy women to achieve a balanced diet that supports their individual issues. Using easy to follow guidelines, along with simple, quick recipes, I show them exactly how to put my recommendations in place with as little hassle as possible.
How I Work With Clients
I work with my clients on a personal one-to-one basis on my health and weight loss programs.
I have a 30-day weight loss programme to get you started on your health and weight loss journey.
I also have a longer Health Transformation program for those issues that will take a little longer to unravel and support. This program is ideal for you if you have long term symptoms such as IBS or female health issues. This program is completely tailored to what you need and I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on the level of support you would like. Not sure what you need? I also offer group weight loss programs. These happen in a Facebook group where we can support each other for the duration of the program. What To Expect During A Consultation
During your initial consultation we will review your Nutrition & Lifestyle Questionnaire that you will have previously completed for me. You will set your health goals and we will look at your current way of eating and start to make some changes that support your improving health. We go at your pace and agree actions that you can manage. We may also discuss and book testing if appropriate.
Further consultations are then used to review your progress, and move through your programme making further changes as appropriate. We may review test results and put into place changes to support the findings. We will find out what has improved and what still needs attention, making sure you have all the nutrients to rebalance your health.
Between consultations I am at the end of an email or message for support and motivation, and to answer any questions that might come up about my recommendations. I also review your food diary weekly for extra support and motivation.

I have 7 years experience of Nutritional Therapy and a lifetime of loving healthy food and home cooking, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge about what works (and what doesn't) with you.
I am committed to Continuing Professional Development, and I regularly attend conferences and seminars to remain up to date with my knowledge of the very latest in evidence-based nutritional research and practice.
*The CNHC ensures that therapists are properly trained, qualified and insured and that they abide by the CNHC’s Code of Conduct. BANT is a professional body, which imposes a strict code of ethics and practice on its members.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I work with clients both face to face and via Zoom.
My way of working is to empower you with the information and tools to put into practice what I tell you about your nutrition. I give you lots of recipes as examples and tell you which foods you need to support your particular health issues. I give you guidelines for creating healthy, balanced meals so you can create your eating plan around your life, your family and your likes and dislikes. You will be confident in your choices, as well as know exactly how to shop for, prepare and cook your meals with ease.
