As well as running my own clinic I'm a nutrition lecturer, clinical supervisor and in-house nutritionist at the Agora fertility clinic.
As a working mum, running my own business, I understand the challenges of looking after yourself when you're busy. Creating a personalised plan to fit in with your lifestyle and helping you implement this step by step is what I do best. I am absolutely passionate about supporting my clients on their health & fitness journeys and helping them become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
I specialise in supporting women with weight management, fatigue, hormonal imbalances (P.C.O.S, PMS etc.), fertility, skin health, performance and their relationship with food.
