About me

Nutritional Therapy:

I am a fully qualified and insured nutritional therapist offering nutritional advice for individuals to help better their health and well being. I am passionate about healthy eating, nutrition and fitness. I believe the right nutrition can have a massive impact on anyone's well being.

I work with clients, focusing on their nutritional needs from head to toe and inside and out.

Children's Nutrition:

I give consultations for children (with parents) to address various health concerns. Some of the reasons parents have asked for my advice for their children have been gut problems, attentions problems or other areas of concern. Parents can call to discuss if Nutritional Therapy may offer help.

Weight-loss:

Are you finding it difficult to loose weight? Stuck in a rut with diet plans that do not deliver results or perhaps you have been a yoyo dieter because you never get to the goals you have set yourself?

I am happy to now offer a diet plan that is well researched.

PROLON FASTING MIMICKING DIET

ProLon is a 5-day plant based dietary program that as the name says mimics fasting while providing you with food and nutrients your body needs to preserve vital functions and preserve muscle mass.

The diet comes with all your meals packed as soups and bars including crackers and some nutritional supplements along with herbal teas. All you need to do is complete a medical disclaimer from and have a consultation with me to assess if you are able to take the diet.

The caloric value of the daily meals are calculated to be as 750-1100 calories. The diet is gluten free and lactose free.

Some people have lost 8lb of weight in 5 days pre-dominantly as fat.

Gut Health:

Many of my clients experience some level of gut discomfort. This may be going on long term or something that has been newly experienced. With a range of laboratory testing available I offer full support to help get to the bottom of the issues and work closely with diet to help alleviate the discomfort.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been practising Nutritional Therapy since 2009.

I am a member of BANT and registered with CNHC.

I have further trained in Nutritional DNA Genomic testing interpretation, Gut health testing and interpretation and various other testing modalities to assess nutritional biomarkers affecting health.

Other Qualifications:

I am also a qualified chef with years of catering experience.  I run regular cooking and nutrition workshops to improve health and diet-related concerns.  These can take the form of cooking demonstrations, talks, tasting and incorporation of various health foods.

Some of the workshops I have run are fermented vegetables, fermented drinks, gluten-free cooking.
