Learn to make fermented foods and drinks for gut health. Wild fermentation techniques have stood the test of time and have been handed down from generation to generation. Would you like to learn how to ferment for digestive wellness?

We will cover Kimchi, Kombucha, kefir (milk and water) and also Sauerkraut. These will be the basic ferments for this workshop.

What are the benefits of attending a workshop?

By attending a facilitated workshop you will learn how to make your own ferments and get your questions answered. Have you tried to make fermented foods and drinks before, but failed? Or perhaps you are not confident to attempt this health-giving preserving method?

What will I get from the workshop?

You will take your ferments home, taste various fermented foods and drinks, have expert tuition, and get recipes to print at home.

Who should attend?

Anyone that wants to learn how to ferment can attend. The event is open for the general public as well as health practitioners.
