About me

Nutritional Therapy:

I am a fully qualified and insured nutritional therapist and health coach  offering nutritional advice and coaching for individuals to help better their health and wellbeing. I am passionate about healthy eating, nutrition and fitness. I believe the right nutrition can have a massive impact on anyone's wellbeing.

I work with clients, that want to eat healthy and improve on their weight, energy levels and those that want to find the root cause for their health challenges. Many of my clients suffer with digestion related problems such as bloating, flatulance, cramps and pain that are present daily. I  help them with their diets, nutritonal support and offer testing to identify the root cause. I also support them with coaching to move them forward in their health journey.

Weight-loss:

Do you struggle with maintaining a healthy weight? Have you treid  all the weight loss deits without lasting success? If you want to learn how to achieve and sustain long lasting change please get in touch.

I work with my clinets to teach them about healthy foods and nutriton and how they can plan their meals. I coach each client individualy so their action plan is designed around their unique needs.

By incorporating diet and lifestyle factors to support overal health it is possbile to achieve sustainable weightloss and be healthy along the way.

Gut Health:

Bloating and abdominal pain are not pleasant symptoms to have. With so much infromation out on the web it is difficult to identify where the problem is. Some clients have a condition called SIBO which is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and can be identified via a breat test. The test is done at the comfort of the clients home and I interpret the results during out consultation.

One of the most popular test I recommend for my clients that are experineceing gut problems is a fully comprehensive stool test. It is a very effective test that takes a deep dive in the gut assessing many funcitons that take place such as , are you digesting your foods well, is your microbiome in balance or do does it need some help, is there a pathogen that maybe contributing to some of the symptoms. Once we receive the results I support them with a comprehensive plan to assist them to better gut health.

Many of my clients experience some level of gut discomfort. This may be going on long term or something that has been newly experienced. With a range of laboratory testing available I offer full support to help get to the bottom of the issues and work closely with diet and nutritional supplements to help alleviate the discomfort and bring the body into balance again.
