About me

Do you feel less than 100% most of the time?  Let me help you use food to improve your health.

I take a very realistic approach to help you improve your health in a way that suits you and your lifestyle. You will not have to give up all the food you love!  I'm a 48 year old busy mum and certainly no Masterchef winner. But I have transformed my health with food and I want to help you do the same.

If you are struggling with digestive discomfort, hormonal changes or generally feeling like your get up and go has got up and gone, please get in touch.

I work with children and adults. In-person consultations are available from Fox Hall Clinic, Clevedon, the Bristol Health Hub Clinic, Portbury (J19, M5) or online via Zoom.

Please see my website for further information and to book a free call.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Distinction), BA (Hons), BANT & CHNC registered. I also hold qualifications in Coaching & Leadership and Massage Therapy.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
