About me
How can I help?
Do you feel less than 100% most of the time? Let me help you use food to improve your health. I specialise in mid-life health and beyond for women and men experiencing digestive challenges, low mood, fatigue and hormonal imbalances.
How do I work?
I take a very realistic approach to help you improve your health in a way that suits you and your lifestyle. You will not have to give up all the food you love! I'm a 48 year old busy mum and certainly no Masterchef winner. But I have transformed my health with food and I want to help you do the same.
In-person consultations are available from Fox Hall Clinic, Clevedon, the Bristol Health Hub Clinic, Portbury (J19, M5) or online via Zoom.
Please see my website for further information and to book a free call.
A bit more about me
After a decade of suffering with dreadful digestive discomfort and the symptoms of a hormonal condition I resolved my own health challenges through diet and lifestyle.
I am now managing my own transition through perimenopause with targeted dietary interventions but my diet is certainly not perfect, the 80/20 rule definitely applies here.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Fees

Additional information
Pricing starts from £395 for my 6-week 1:1 programme. I am here to support you all the way and get results.
Our initial consultation will last 1.5 hours as I take a full health history and explore all aspects that may be driving your health challenges.
If you have any recent test results such as bloods from the GP I will review these here. I may suggest extra testing of bloods, stool or urine to help inform our work together but it will never be an essential part of working with me.
After this, I will deliver you a plan of action - often we start with small actionable changes, and as we meet every fortnight for 30 minutes on the phone/over zoom we may add to these recommendations.
I coach you every step of the way to fit any changes into YOUR lifestyle and provide inspiration for meals, quick wins and help you understand the 'why' behind the recommendations. We review your progress together as we go along.
In all of my programmes you have access to me throughout via my messenger service on my client portal and you benefit from 15% off any supplements I may recommend.
Please see my website here https://www.rootandrenewnutrition.co.uk/consultations for more detail about what is included in my programmes.
