About me
Most of the midlife women I support reach a point where what they’ve always done around food and weight just isn’t working anymore.
They’ve tried to “be good,” followed plans, cut things out, started again on Monday more times than they can count… yet their weight is creeping up, their energy is unpredictable, and food feels far more complicated than it should.
They’re not short on effort. If anything, they’ve tried everything but they’re still not feeling how they want to.
Their bodies have changed, their usual strategies don’t seem to land anymore, and everything just feels… different.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And more importantly, it’s not something you need to keep battling through.
My role is to help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, not just what’s on your plate, but how your body, daily habits and relationship with food are working together (or not).
Together, we step back from rigid rules and quick fixes and focus on what actually works in real life. That means spotting patterns, supporting your body properly, and building a way of eating that feels steady, satisfying and sustainable.
Because when things start to make sense, it becomes much easier to know what to do next and to actually follow through.
“Normally, when I go away, I am really critical of what I eat and drink. This weekend, though, I didn’t judge what I ate or drank and just enjoyed myself… I feel really proud of myself.”

Ways to Work With Me
Midlife Health & Nutrition Assessment (90 minutes) - £125
In this one-off session, we take a proper look at your overall health and nutrition, rather than piecing everything together in isolation.
We explore your symptoms, health history and day-to-day habits to understand how they may be connecting because it’s usually the combination of factors, not a single issue, that shapes how you feel.
You’ll leave with:
• A clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms
• A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan that feels realistic for your life
• Practical next steps you can start using straight away, without overcomplicating things
Many clients say the biggest shift is not just having a plan but finally understanding what’s been driving how they’ve been feeling for so long and what actually needs attention first.
5-session Personalised Support Programme - £450
This structured programme provides ongoing support and includes:
• A comprehensive initial consultation
• Four follow-up sessions
• Personalised, written nutrition plans
• Supporting resources
• Access to your own secure client portal
• Messaging support between sessions
This programme allows us to build lasting, sustainable change over time, rather than relying on short-term fixes.
Functional Testing
Where appropriate, I offer functional testing to give deeper insight into areas such as nutrient status, gut health and hormonal patterns.
These tests don’t diagnose conditions, but they can help highlight where your body may need more support, allowing for a more targeted and personalised approach.
"With Nicola's support, I have gained valuable knowledge that has enabled me to improve my diet and health, along with gaining control over blood sugar spikes". CH
Who I Work With
I primarily support midlife women who feel caught between wanting to lose weight and feeling exhausted by years of dieting, rules and second-guessing themselves around food.
Many are dealing with unwanted weight changes, low or inconsistent energy, gut health issues, and a constant background noise around food - thinking about it, worrying about it, or feeling like they’re getting it “wrong.”
"This is definitely a lady to go to for all this, she’s a star and will cut through all the confusion". ZE
If you’re ready to step away from the vicious cycle of food that has eroded your confidence in your ability to make decisions around food and take a calmer, more practical approach to your health, you can book a call to see whether this feels like the right fit.
