About me
I’m a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping busy women break free from conflicting nutrition advice and develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. I specialise in supporting women struggling with disordered eating patterns- such as restrict-overeat cycles, binge eating, or feeling controlled by cravings- as well as those navigating digestive and hormone imbalances, fertility concerns, PCOS, and menopause.
HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER
I combine nutrition science with evidence-based behaviour change strategies to help you build realistic, sustainable eating habits. By addressing both practical steps and mindset shifts, we’ll work together to uncover the root causes of unhelpful patterns.
YOUR MIND
Knowing what to do is only part of the equation. Emotional triggers, ingrained habits, and the influence of diet culture can keep women stuck in cycles of guilt, shame, and restrictive or comfort eating. Together, we’ll explore the thought patterns behind these behaviours and develop healthier ways to respond to challenges- helping you build confidence and long-term flexibility around food.
YOUR BODY
Through a thorough assessment of your health and lifestyle, I provide personalised recommendations to better hormone balance, support fertility, and improve gut health- among many other areas. We’ll consider factors like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep, tailoring everything to your unique needs.
YOUR JOURNEY, OUR COMMITMENT
In our one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive compassionate, personalised support to help you move toward the change you desire. My goal is to offer practical, down-to-earth guidance, without unnecessary tests or rigid meal plans.

FEEDBACK FROM MY CLIENTS
For more client feedback, go to https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mbdietetics.com
“Monika is sharp, attentive, and uniquely supportive. I worked with her for six solid months and have seen real breakthroughs in my body image perception and relationship with food. I feel capable of trusting myself and less driven by shame or anxiety. There IS freedom and joy when it comes to eating and nourishing our bodies, and Monika is an excellent guide to getting there. I truly could not recommend her more.” (Sarah)
“Working with Monika has been the best decision I made this year! I have PCOS and an underactive thyroid and had been struggling to lose weight for nearly a decade. I had two early miscarriages in late 2021 and early 2022 and had not been able to fall pregnant since. Since working with Monika, I now have a deeper understanding of how to support my body, my cycles are getting more regular and I'm losing weight more consistently. I am so much confident in my body too and I know what to focus on going forwards! The support and accountability Monika provides is incredible and I highly recommend her services “ (Amy)
“Working with Monika has been one of the best things I could do for myself. She is incredibly knowledgeable and during each session, I unlearn heavily ingrained toxic diet culture behaviours. She’s very supportive and will give you the space you need to find what feels good for you.” (Andreea)
MY EXPERIENCE
As a Registered Dietitian with over twelve years of experience, I've dedicated much of my career to the NHS, focusing on specialties like Gastroenterology (such as IBS, Coeliac, Crohn’s disease), Endocrinology (covering PCOS, Metabolic Syndrome, and Thyroid Disease), and Eating Disorders. In 2017, I founded my Private Clinic, motivated by a desire to provide guidance and support for women navigating issues like disordered eating and Women’s Health concerns, often addressing both simultaneously.
I'm passionate about exploring the intricate interplay between nutrition, lifestyle, and female hormones, examining how our mind, gut, hormones, and immune system interact. While women are often seen through a health lens similar to men, our unique needs extend beyond reproductive organs. Supporting hormonal balance and understanding how our menstrual cycle affects gut movement, energy levels, and nutrient requirements are just a few vital considerations.
To embrace a holistic approach in my practice, I've augmented my clinical nutrition expertise with training in behaviour change psychology. This encompasses Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I continuously refine my approach through ongoing education and therapeutic supervision sessions, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
