I'm Milena Kaler, a qualified, clinically trained London Nutritionist based in Harley Street, Central London. My key areas of clinical expertise are weight loss, weight management, gut health and autoimmune disease.
Clients come to me because they are tired of general advice that simply doesn't work. Over the course of hundreds of hours of clinical practice I have helped clients from weight loss and weight management to improvements in skin, energy, gut, immune, and hormonal health, as well as stress and more.
You are unique and you are treated as such. As a Nutritionist, I do not have a 'one size fits all' approach. Everyone receives a personalised nutrition plan to ensure we get the best results possible, as fast as we can.

I am a fully qualified Nutritionist and a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (Registered Nutritionist mBANT). I am registered in Nutritional Therapy with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the only register for Nutritional Therapy recognised by the government and NHS. This means I am obliged to abide by their strict Code of Ethics. I am also a member of Primary Care Society for Gastroenterology (PCSG).

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
