I'm Milena Kaler, a qualified, clinically trained London Nutritionist based in Harley Street, Central London, and online. My key areas of clinical expertise are stubborn weight loss, sports nutrition, gut health, as well as autoimmune disease nutrition.

Clients come to me because they are tired of general advice that simply doesn't work. Over the course of hundreds of hours of clinical practice in Harley Street, I have helped clients from weight loss and weight management to improvements in skin, energy, gut, immune, and hormonal health, as well as stress and more.

You are unique and you are treated as such. As a Nutritionist, I do not have a 'one size fits all approach. Everyone receives a personalised nutrition plan to ensure we get the best results possible, as fast as we can.

I work with clients from all walks of life at my Mayfair clinic. My clients include actors, celebrities, models, brides-to-be, and executives.

In my London clinic, I use weight loss techniques, individually tailored to each person. We are all biochemically unique and personalised approach is needed in order to achieve the best results.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
