About me
I’m Louise Digby, a registered nutritional therapist specialising in supporting women over 40 with weight management, energy, digestion and midlife wellbeing.
Many of the women I work with feel as though they are doing “all the right things” but no longer feel like themselves. They may be eating well, exercising, trying to stay consistent, and yet still feel frustrated by changes in their body, energy, appetite or confidence.
My approach is not about extreme diets, rigid rules or short-term fixes. Instead, I look at the whole picture, including your diet, lifestyle, health history, routines, stress, sleep, symptoms and goals. From there, I provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance to help you make realistic, sustainable changes.
Support may include meal structure, practical food guidance, education around blood sugar and energy, digestion support, habit change, and, where appropriate, functional testing to help guide recommendations. Everything is tailored to you, so the plan feels manageable in real life rather than something you can only follow when life is calm.
My aim is to help you feel more informed, supported and confident in how you care for your body, without relying on restriction or guesswork.
* I do not claim to cure or treat medical conditions. I am not qualified to diagnose medical conditions and any test results that indicate a potential medical condition should be taken to your GP for formal diagnosis and advice.
