About me

I am a Registered Nutritionist, Naturopath and Health Coach specialising in gut health, disordered eating and building healthy relationships with food.

I work with clients on a 1-1 basis addressing the root cause of their symptoms while supporting them with tools for behaviour and habit change. I believe in empowering clients with knowledge to feel confident and comfortable making their own nutrition and lifestyle choices.

As a Nutritional Therapist we support the whole body however these are the areas that I am particularly passionate about working with:

- Gut health (bloating, reflux, irregular or sluggish bowel movements, urgency to go, reactions to foods)

- Emotional / Mental Health support - including stress support

- Rebuilding their relationship with food, including disordered eating.

- Hormone health - male and female (throughout life stages)

- Functional testing - functional blood tests, hormone testing, functional stool tests, food intolerance tests and nutritional deficiencies) and Nutrigenomics testing. Testing can be done alongside a package of sessions, or with a one-off session.

Client testimonials:

Would 100% recommend coming to Laura Leslie for help with health problems and dietary issues! I came to Laura Leslie for help with my persistent fatigue and frequent stomach upsets, and over the block of 4 sessions I had she was friendly, helpful and gave lots of great advice. She has a wide and expansive knowledge on gut health and digestive systems, and always explained to me in an easy-to-understand way exactly why she was recommending the changes I made to my diet. The help she gave me through a combination of food and vitamin supplements was brilliant, and I'm now feeling significantly less fatigued and no longer regularly feel sick or have an (* )stomach. Highly recommended.
