About me

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath with over five years clinical experience. I live in Aberdeenshire and work with clients face to face in Aberdeen and online.

My main aim is to empower my clients and to help them learn to listen to their bodies. We work together to get to the root cause of health conditions and use functional testing if necessary. I help my clients filter through the vast amount of information that is available and work out what is suitable for them, as individuals.

I support my clients with:

- Emotional / Mental Health support
- Hormone health
- Gut health

I am recording a Nutrition and Lifestyle series with HBHM Official on their Instagram page. You can find the videos on my Instagram, or on their IGTV - https://www.instagram.com/hbhmofficial/channel/

I was interviewed on HBHM podcast and you can find the episode here on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/episode/0CzoLbNFp2SgPDuAK344Bo?si=7TTYGuLySHanaI4sUb9qOA

I also have a Podcast called 'What about you?' which is available on Soundcloud, Apple Podcast and Spotify. Click here to find the podcast on Soundcloud - https://soundcloud.com/user-660219072/welcome-to-what-about-you

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
