About me

I am a Registered Nutritionist, Naturopath and Health Coach specialising in gut health, disordered eating and building healthy relationships with food.

I work with clients on a 1-1 basis addressing the root cause of their symptoms while supporting them with tools for behaviour and habit change. I believe in empowering clients with knowledge to feel confident and comfortable making their own nutrition and lifestyle choices.

As a Nutritional Therapist we support the whole body however these are the areas that I am particularly passionate about working with:

- Gut health (bloating, reflux, irregular or sluggish bowel movements, urgency to go, reactions to foods)

- Emotional / Mental Health support - including stress support

- Rebuilding their relationship with food, including disordered eating.

- Hormone health - male and female (throughout life stages)

- Functional testing - functional blood tests, hormone testing, functional stool tests, food intolerance tests and nutritional deficiencies)

Client testimonials:

"I came to Laura because of a gallbladder/gallstone issue I have. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and supportive she is. After our initial meeting, I decided to get more in depth testing done which flagged up a series of deficiencies I have as I had other various symptoms. I’m so glad I did them. I can honestly say it’s been life changing and the symptoms I’ve lived with for many years, have now been addressed without any medication. My fatigue has been massively reduced which was a huge plus for me, as a mum of two little ones. Highly recommend Laura!"                          Jules Macdonald, May 2022

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
