About me

Hello, I am Kate French, a Registered Nutritional Therapist in Herefordshire.

As a nutritional therapist, I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to diet or health. Food should be as natural, wholesome, and seasonal as possible and simplifying eating habits can help people achieve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

I love helping clients of all ages find new knowledge about the food they eat and how it affects their body so they can make better diet lifestyle choices. I am often a filter for the vast amount of Nutritional Advice people come across everyday.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work 2 days in an Osteopath Clinic in Leominster

My qualifications include:

  • NTEC qualification in The Systems Approach to Cancer Course (Nina Fuller-Shavel) (2023) on BANT register to work with people with Cancer
  • MSc Personalised Nutrition - Middlesex University & the Centre for Nutrition and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) (2021)
  • Advanced Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma with CNELM (2021)
  • NLP practitioner certificate gained in 2019
  • BSc Health and Social Care Nutritional Health - Greenwich University 2012

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
