About me

Would you like to feel better physically and mentally? Whether you're struggling with fatigue, poor digestion, hormone imbalances, or maybe a diagnosis of autoimmunity, blood sugar imbalance or cardiovascular disease, then I am here to support you. Get in touch for your complimentary 15 minute phone call in which we can talk about your health and the ways in which nutritional therapy could help you.

I am passionate about good food, and using it to help people move towards optimal health! Being seriously ill myself was the wake-up call I needed to change my own diet and lifestyle, so I fully understand the challenges that come with making change and I love to guide and support clients through that process.

My goal is to find out what your health goals are and to work with you to achieve them using the food that you eat. I work using the functional medicine model, which involves finding and addressing the root causes of ill health, rather than just dealing with symptoms. This may involve testing if appropriate to determine underlying causes of ill health. I have special interests in integrative oncology support, gut health and blood sugar imbalances.

Every client will receive a personalised nutrition plan following their consultation, tailored to his or her individual needs, together with recipe ideas and practical tips for making changes. You will also receive support in between consultations to help keep you motivated and on track.

Every day, the choices we make about what to eat affect whether our bodies move further out of balance or towards optimal health. I want to guide you to the choices that will allow you to enjoy the vibrant good health that you deserve!
