Jamie Rice, DipION, MBANT, CNHC
I understand the burden of chronic illness, having persisted unsuccessfully for many years with conventional methods, prior to finding a different approach to health and well-being. Nutrition provided me with a solid foundation upon which I could rebuild and reconnect with myself; as such, I have committed my life to furthering my understanding of the natural processes within the body and how best to support them.
The fast-paced life we experience today demands a high level of focus and attention. When you’re stressed or depressed you lose your drive, your enthusiasm for life and the ability to connect or engage – even in those areas that matter most to you.
It’s overwhelming. And it’s complicated. I get that because I’ve been where you are. My name is Jamie Rice, and I’m a registered nutritional therapist and energetic medicine practitioner. I work with men who have gradually slid into a situation that just doesn’t work for them anymore. I know from personal and clinical experience that there is an almost certain probable future that awaits if you don’t take action. Slowly things start to cascade around you. The situation can become untenable. You may feel alone and isolated, and you start to fall apart. But it is possible to turn things around.
?I work with my clients to help them get their health – and their life – back on track – so they can start to reconnect and achieve a real breakthrough in what is important to them.
?You might be thinking, “I’m not in hospital" or "I’m not on medication. I’m managing...”, but there’s only so long you can teeter around the edge of a precipice before work and family life gets badly impacted. You’d be really surprised to find what a huge difference making small but manageable changes to your diet and lifestyle can have on the way you experience your life. If any of what you’re reading resonates, I invite you to book a complimentary mini consultation to discover some simple steps to help you get back to your best, and live your life with meaning and purpose.
