About me

I'm a UK registered freelance Dietitian and Nutritionist with private and NHS experience.

I am currently offering online (video call) or telephone appointments only due to the latest recommendations.

Dietitians are best qualified to assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual level. I also practice as a Nutritionist.

I offer a bespoke, individual, sustainable approach. Whether you want to help manage a particular health condition, achieve freedom from debilitating symptoms or improve your health.

I specialise in digestive problems, IBS and low FODMAP diets, other gastrointestinal conditions including Food Intolerances.

I can help with persistent and debilitating digestive and bowel symptoms, to help you identify the cause and find the right treatment.

I'm an expert in vegetarian, vegan and plant based diets and can help you ensure your dietary intake is sufficient for you.

I can also help with other conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular heart health, unintentional weight loss, nutritional deficiencies, coeliac disease, and women's health including PCOS. This is not an exhaustive list so please contact me to see how I can help you.

I also offer an Intuitive Eating approach to achieve freedom from dieting, support with disordered eating and food relationships.

You can be assured my advice is accurate, up to date and evidence based.

Free 15 minute discovery call available - contact me today to arrange a chat.

Online and telephone appointments also available for clients in all areas of the UK.

I look forward to working with you.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
