About me

Hi my name is Deirdre and I work as a nutritional therapist, helping my clients with a range of health concerns ranging from digestive health issues around bloating and tummy pain, perimenopause and other hormonal Issues, hypothyroidism, and general lifestyle issues such as stress and fatigue.

I work on a one to one basis with my clients developing personalised  nutrition and lifestyle programmes along with health coaching which I firmly believe helps my clients achieve their health goals. I can carry out the initial consultation either over zoom or as an in-person appointment. This appointment will last between 60 to 90 minutes and I will follow this up with a nutrition plan along with recipes and supplement recommendations. Any functional tests that I recommend for you can be organised along with providing a full analysis of the results. There will be a 45 minute follow up consultation along with mini progress reviews to support the implementation of your plan.

I am happy to work with your GP and any other health professional involved in your care.
