About me

I empower busy, driven women to unleash their confidence and rediscover their energy through personalised nutrition, personal training and yoga.

More than just weight loss: My mission is to guide you towards unlocking your full potential, both inside and out, discovering your strengths and celebrating what your body is truly capable of achieving.

Personalisation: I design nutrition and wellness programs that are tailored to you; considering your individual health journey, goals, schedule and dietary preferences. With a holistic approach to nutritional therapy, we recognize that every aspect of your health is interconnected, and I'm committed to supporting your well-being on all fronts.

Positive: I take a positive approach to nourishing approach your body with great tasting, healthy food.  we'll explore portion control, mindful eating, and lifestyle adjustments that fit seamlessly into your routine. Each session, we'll co-create weekly meal plans while I provide you with the knowledge and understanding you need to feel empowered long after our sessions end.

Beyond nutrition: Your journey isn’t just about nutrition. Movement is a vital component, not just for enhancing physical appearance, but also for supporting overall physical and mental health. Discovering what your body is capable of, and building upon that, can be such a powerful tool in helping to love and appreciate your body! This helps encourage you to fuel yourself with healthy foods and grows resilience for any other goals.

Please note that nutritional therapy will never seek to replace any medical advice and I will always seek to work alongside other health professionals involved in your healthcare.

Further information

Like many nutrition professionals it was an interest in my own health and wellbeing that sparked a desire to learn more.  With so many conflicting messages in the media and outdated advice still circulating, I wanted to study nutrition with a solid science and evidence base and so I completed my BSc in Nutritional Therapy at the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management.

Continued Professional Development is not only a requirement of BANT the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), but also a key part of the You Nutritional Therapy ethos.  Conferences, seminars and courses help to keep me up to date with the latest research and nutritional approaches.

I am absolutely passionate about food and healthy cooking and my aim is always to provide food plans that are not only tailored for specific health goals but that also taste delicious!

I am always keen to share new recipes with clients and have provided recipes and filmed cooking tutorials with Vicky Pattison (Geordie Shore, I’m a Celebrity, Loose Women) for Mini V Nutrition.  Some of my recipes for Mini V Nutrition have also been published in The Sun newspaper.   You can also find some of my recipes in Vicky Pattison’s book, The Real Me.”

I am keen on pole fitness, bouldering and climbing. I previously trained as a martial artist, training and competing in Muay thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  And so I am personally aware of the impact that nutrition can have when it comes to training, weight cutting, performing and recovery.  To help bring more physical and mental balance into my life, I started to explore yoga. Finding a love for this led me to grow my understanding, and complete yoga teacher training in Goa India.
