About me

Who am I and how do I work?

I am an ANP registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. I qualified with distinction at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London after studying for 3 years. I work both face to face based at the beautiful Wellness rooms in Tur Langton village and online via zoom, I often give a combined service to suit individuals requirements and preferences.

My practice centres around understanding and recognising every person is an individual. Spending time to get to the root cause of ill health through taking a detailed case history is the foundation of my work.

How do you work?

We start with a 90 minute initial consultation which I like to split into 2 meetings. Following completion of a detail health questionnaire and food diary we will spend 60 minute taking a thorough history of your current health, past medical history, family history and a full body systems review including a review of your current food intake plus as a Naturopath I like to look at skin, nail, tongue etc. A week later you will receive your initial nutrition and lifestyle plan. I like to give a few days for you to read, digest and formulate questions before we get back together for a 30 minute session to go through the plan in detail and answer any questions. Depending on your choice of programmes we will then schedule follow ups to support you through these changes.

Can I get to know you more before I commit?

Yes please do, I offer a free 30 minute discover call which you can book via the website or directly above. This call is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, tell me more about you, explain more about the nutritional therapy journey and see if we are a good fit.

Do you offer programmes?

I mainly work through 6 and 12 week programmes which can be fully explored on my website, however finding the right fit for you is what is most important so a free 20 minute discovery call can help understand your needs and find the right fit.

Do you offer testing as part of your practice?

Functional testing can be a hugely valuable tool for any nutritional therapist. Test such as stool testing, blood testing, allergy testing, hormone panels, lipids panels to name just a few can really help to pin point and confirm a hypothesis. I work with trusted partners to offer quality testing.

However, nutritional therapy can work without. I am trained to look holistically at symptoms, life events, triggering factors, family history, diet et. Testing is not always necessary.

Do you work with children?

Yes, as a mum with young children I am well placed to understand the challenges here regarding food. My youngest daughter has multiple medical conditions so her diet and wellness plays a huge role in our day to day life to support her conditions.
