About me

Hello, I am Anastasia, a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist. I have a long-standing passion for nutrition and now as a qualified expert in this field, I am delighted to be able to assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems using scientific evidence and a personalised approach.

To be more specific, the foundation of my professional practices is rooted in the concept that one size does not fit all; I tailor my dietary recommendations to specific requirements based on a person’s health status, goals and preferences. Furthermore, I’m deeply committed to assisting individuals in improving their relationship with their bodies and with food overall.

During our consultations together, I use a holistic approach, therefore we will not only focus on diet. We will also discuss a range of other factors about you such as body image, stress levels, schedule, and lifestyle habits to work together towards helping you reach your goals, particularly through mindful eating practices. I pride myself on my compassion and I genuinely want to provide the best possible care I can, for people to be healthier and happier.

Lastly, I have had the privilege of working with numerous young athletes from various sports disciplines, including track and field, swimming, climbing, rowing and tennis. I was also involved in gymnastics during my younger years.
