Hello, I am Aarti – a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist at the Aartizen Life Clinic based in North London.
I am passionate about Nutrition and positive lifestyle change as the foundation for a happier and healthier life. Whether you are trying to overcome a health problem or looking to optimise your health – I can empower you with the knowledge and tools to help you achieve your health goals.
I love helping my clients with all manner of health conditions by analysing the root cause of a problem and not merely treating symptoms. I gain huge satisfaction helping men and women to achieve their weight loss goals and I have helped many Type 2 diabetics and pre-diabetics to manage their blood sugar levels through dietary change. I also help people overcome troublesome gastrointestinal problems such as bloating, bowel irregularity and reflux.
In this busy world of never-ending to-do lists - I take time to listen to your needs and help you to reconnect with yourself by understanding the mind-body connection. Having worked in the stressful corporate environment before changing direction into the world of Nutrition – and now as a mother of two - I understand the health challenges of busy working professionals and busy parents. I run Nutrition Masterclass for Busy Parents in North West London. I have learned through personal experience how small diet tweaks and developing positive lifestyle habits can be truly transformational on a physical and emotional level.

Please see my website for different Aartizen Life packages. Health plans can vary in length from 4,8,12 weeks and starting from £300. The format is an initial, in-depth 75 minute consultation session and weekly coaching session to follow up and keep you on track.
