About me
Struggling with gut health, digestive symptoms, energy levels or suspected hormone imbalance?
My philosophy is to use an integrative and holistic approach to healthcare, looking at the body and its systems as a whole and how they constantly communicate and interact, ultimately influencing our overall health. Using this approach, I aim to determine and address the root cause of illness rather than just settle for symptom management. My goal is to empower my clients with their food choices, encourage sustainable long-term change and help them to achieve optimal health.
I have a particular interest in the complex and intimate relationship between the brain and the gut and how food, our diets and overall lifestyles play an incredible role in the development, management and potential prevention of adverse physical symptoms, chronic disease and mental health conditions.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Initial Consultations (60-90 minutes)
During your initial consultation we will:
- Establish your health goals and priorities to ensure that any recommendations made are appropriate and relevant.
- Go over your full health history - clarifying and elaborating on all health, medical and lifestyle factors, both past and present. We will also discuss familial medical history to help gauge if there are any elements which may influence your personalised nutrition plan.
- Go over your completed health questionnaire, expanding on pertinent areas and those related to your current symptoms.
- Discuss your past and current food and dietary habits and preferences, reviewing your 3-day food diary to ensure that all recommendations are suitable and realistic.
- Explore your sleep routine, exercise and movement habits, approach to stress management and social life.
- Discuss any previous or recent relevant test results as well as discuss any referrals I wish to make for testing, if deemed appropriate.
After an in-depth assessment of your symptoms, health goals, medical history and preferences, within 48 hours of your initial consultation your personalised health plan will be created.
Your personalised health plan will include:
- A bespoke nutrition and therapeutic food program for you to follow including recipes.
- Recommended lifestyle habits to implement (examples include specific forms of exercise, mindfulness and hobbies).
- Any supplement recommendations which may further support in achieving your goals based on your symptoms.
